School fees / Payment options

The compulsory Materials & Services charge for 2021 has been established at $246 per student.
Payments can be made by cash, credit, EFTPOS or online bank transfer.

School Card applications

The School Card scheme offers financial assistance with school fees (materials and services charges)
for students attending government schools. You can access all school card forms and apply online by:

Step 1 Visiting sa.gov.au/education/schoolcard
Step 2 Select the type of School Card you would like to apply for (eg Type A) and follow the prompts.
Step 3 Complete all mandatory fields
Step 4 Once you have completed a page click on the “NEXT” button.
Step 5 Once you have filled out all pages click the “SUBMIT” button.

Alternatively paper forms are still available and can be collected from the Finance office.

School Banking

Hackham East PS offers a school banking program on THURSDAY through CommBank.
All you need to get involved is to open a CommBank Youthsaver account which can easily be done by:

1. Applying online at commbank.com.au/banking/school-banking
2. Visit a CommBank branch
3. Log on to your CommBank app (if you bank with CommBank)
